The following program and service is administered by Children & Youth Partnership for Dare County and operated out of the Dare County Health Department.

Baby LINKS - provides contact from a registered nurse within the first few days after delivery and again at 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and one year, as needed and requested by the mother.
