The following programs and services are administered by Children & Youth Partnership for Dare County and operated out of the Dare County Health Department.
Adolescent Parent Outreach Program - addresses the needs of families experiencing teen pregnancy and teen parenting.
Baby LINKS - provides contact from a registered nurse within the first few days after delivery and again at 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and one year, as needed and requested by the mother.
Preventative Health Check - assists Dare County families with children from birth through age 5, in obtaining health insurance coverage, basic and specialized medical services, dental care, and transportation.
